The impact of this role in the company is enormous, the responsibilities cover all stages of a a candidate who interacts with Sofía, from the first interview, managing their experience as part of the team, and including everything we do to retain the best talent, as they say in Google, "find them, grow them, and keep them".
• Being responsible and constantly improving the team members' experience throughout the different stages of interaction: interviews, onboarding, performance review cycles, professional growth, and offboarding. This is with the aim of continuously improving the team's satisfaction at all stages within Sofía.
• People Ops: be the owner of all people ops processes including perf reviews, compensation policies, employee benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Team's professional development: creating and executing all learning and growth initiatives within the team, and helping to create a high-performance and growth culture within the company.
• Cultural champion: be a champion of our culture, helping the whole team to understand and live our culture and principles.
• Recruitment: in conjunction with the team, define, implement, and operate our recruitment and talent attraction initiatives.

• You like to work intensely. You know that achieving extraordinary things requires a lot of effort and dedication.

• You have experienced the growth of a company from 20-200+ people, ideally a technology startup.
• You have 5+ years of experience in roles related to talent and culture.• You feel equally comfortable working in Spanish or English.
