The Brand Design team at Sofía is a creative and collaborative group dedicated to building a brand that people can trust, connect with, and love. Our goal is to make health feel closer, warmer, and more human—through every touchpoint, from social media and campaigns to events and printed materials.
As a Jr. Brand Designer at Sofía, your mission will be to bring our brand to life across a variety of formats and platforms, ensuring visual coherence while pushing creative boundaries. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, marketers, and other teams to craft impactful and memorable brand experiences for our soci@s, partners, and community. You’ll have the chance to explore different disciplines—from digital to print—while growing your skills in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
• Translate brand strategy into visually compelling assets for campaigns, social media, events, presentations, merchandise, and more.
• Design creative materials that connect with our audience while staying aligned with our visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other teams to produce design solutions that meet both creative and business objectives.
• Use and help evolve our brand toolkit and design system to keep our identity fresh and consistent across all channels.
• Manage your design projects from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with timelines and priorities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute new ideas, and be open to feedback to continuously improve the work.
• Learn from different specialties in the company—medical, compliance, marketing, operations, engineering—and bring that knowledge into your designs.
• Experience designing for digital and print, with attention to detail and a creative, fresh vision.
• Strong skills in creating content for social media—both static and video formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of Figma, and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools.
• Familiarity with working within brand guidelines and design systems.
• A portfolio that shows your ability to create cohesive and impactful visual solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Skills to participate in all phases of the design process—from ideation to execution.
