As a People & Culture Associate, you will play a key role in building scalable and efficient people processes across Sofía. While a core responsibility will be supporting end-to-end recruitment, your impact will extend beyond hiring: you’ll help us automate and improve internal workflows, enhance the employee experience, and provide general support across the People function.
We’re constantly iterating and evolving our People & Culture practices, so we’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about attracting top talent, but also excited to bring structure, automation, and innovation to how we operate as a team.
