Our Sabi@s are part of the Customer Experience team. They’re people that are full of enthusiasm & have a way with words. They’re empathetic, focused, can multitask, and use these skills to help our Soci@s with their health-care experiences.

For this position, having studied Administration or Business are important considerations; in this position, you’ll work 6 days a week, with a day off on the weekend. You’ll have constant training, keeping you up to date with our products and solutions at Sofía.

Working Hours: 13:00 a 21:00

What you’ll do

  • Help and guide our Soci@s via chat, phone, or email - Having great text communication skills is vital in this role
  • Be a liaison between our Soci@s and our SofíaMed doctors, laboratories, and hospitals
  • Be the voice of our Soci@s at Sofía, ensuring that their and your feedback drives improvements to our products at Sofía
  • Set up appointments and order and send prescription medicine to our Soci@s, resolving their questions and concerns and ensuring they’re properly taken care of.
